Eat Well, Spend Less, 6 week course with the Food Bank

Mrs Gregory joined this group five weeks ago along with two students and their Mums and it was really successful. They cooked two dishes each week and covered and discussed a number of different topics including food and hygiene, cooking things from scratch,understanding different food groups, managing a budget, understanding different types of credit and planning meals.

Mrs Gregory would recommend this course to every family in the local community who would like an understanding for any of the topics covered. Another course is being held in January.
